Full Conference passes include the Education Program, Welcome Reception, and all Daytime Meals (breakfasts, refreshment breaks, and lunches). The Gala Dinner & Awards Celebration is additional.
Single Day passes (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) include the Education Program and all Daytime Meals (breakfasts, refreshment breaks, and lunches) offered on the day the pass is purchased for. Friday is not offered as a Day Pass.
NEW: Post-Event Access to recorded Educational Content will be available for 12 months.
- Full Conference pass holders will have access to ALL recorded content
- Single Day pass holders will have access to the recorded content from the day their pass was purchased for
Conference organizers will provide ASL & LSQ platform sign language interpreters for the Keynotes and main stage sessions only.
If you require one on one interpreter, intervenor and/or guiding support, you are responsible for providing these members of your Support Team. Each support person must register for the conference
JUNE 1, 2023: Canadian Border Services recommends 12 weeks to process a visa request. At this time, we will only issue letters for registrations that are fully paid.
