This presentation will share the characteristics of the scale-up model that contributes to changes in the structures and the impact at the individual level. The sustainability of Perkins approach involves long-term work, choosing schools, evaluation, training, mentoring, and coaching with the Perkins methods, networking of schools, educational authorities and families at the state and national level, supported by the graduates of the Perkins Educational Leadership Program and National Strategic Working Groups. The COVID-19 pandemic proved the fundamental importance of education plays in the lives of ALL children. Scale-up of Perkins work, deep immersion in schools, and close collaboration with government and civil society is necessary to build back from COVID-19 and make progress toward the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
