The Deafblind International Communication Network Committee, have planned a pre-conference event and look forward to sharing an exciting two-day program of talks, discussion groups and feedback sessions. Our program has been designed to include experiences and views of deafblind people, family members, researchers and practitioners to facilitate learning and to exchange ideas.
